Lincoln Institute Offers Workshops on Tools For Development Without Displacement

The Lincoln Institute of Land Policy and the National Community Land Trust Network announced professional development courses for community-based organizations centered on the theme of development without displacement, in Irvine, California January 30-31. The first is "Introduction to Community Land Trusts," all day January 30 to be followed by a reception. "Designing CLT Resale Formulas and Managing Resales," for those with familiarity with the Community Land trust model, is all day January 31.
