The Land Development Conference is designed as an open exchange of viewpoints and experiences to solve today's problems and strategize about tomorrow's opportunities. Four educational tracks are being offered: Executive Management, Collaboration and Project Management, Land Use Planning, and Sustainable Development.
The Expo will feature some of the leading companies offering products, software, and services to land development professionals.
Planners, developers, engineers, landscape architects, government officials, builders, and other professionals responsible for urban or land development will find Land Development 2004 the most informative conference of the year.
The keynote speaker is Rich Karlgaard, publisher of Forbes magazine. His presentation is titled, "Life 2.0: Why (and Which) American Cities of 50,000 to 500,000 Will Enjoy Fast-Growing Economies Over the Next Decade."
A Full Conference Pass is $595 on or before March 15, and $695 after March 15. However, government professionals receive a 10 percent discount. A Full Conference Pass includes all sessions, breakfasts, lunches, a reception, and admission to the Expo. Additional registrants from the same company/agency receive an extra $100 discount on a Full Conference Pass. The gala banquet and keynote presentation is a separate fee of $50.
