Napa County Issues Request for Proposals for a Baseline Data Report

The County of Napa is seeking a highly qualified consulting firm (or team of consulting firms) to prepare a Baseline Data Report (BDR) (aka; Master Environmental Assessment (MEA)) which will provide an inventory or data base of existing conditions in the County of Napa (County). The BDR shall describe in detail the existing environmental characteristics of the County. The BDR shall provide the baseline data for future Environmental Impact Reports and all subsequent project and policy related CEQA documents. The BDR shall also serve as the environmental setting section of a future Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) to assess potential direct, indirect, and cumulative impacts resulting from possible development scenarios under a comprehensively updated set of Conservation Regulations. Proposals are due October 1, 2003.
