The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles, California, has released an RFQ (RFQ 02-09) for professional services to support the development of grant proposals. Professionals in the areas of grant proposal writing, urban design and development, transportation systems and economic development are among the specialities sought. Typical assignments will be relatively small and on an as-needed basis, responding to various funding opportunities, pending grant fund awards. Responses are due 10-24-01.
