BATON ROUGE - Ranging in price from $160,000 to $500,000, a new, high end, 100 unit development near the campus of Louisiana State University will be complete by the 2005 season opener. Similar projects are in the works for Louisville, Ky., Starkville, Miss., and Manhattan, Kan. Luxury condo developments offering college sports fans front row living are hot properties. Cities like Tuscaloosa and Auburn, Ala., and Athens, Ga., already have successful developments of this type.
