A judge has ruled that a "coordinating group" of Prince Georges County (MD), Washington Redskins officials, and neighbor representatives did not have the authority to close a road to pedestrians... "Some fans who tried to park at nearby Landover Mall this season and walk to the game were rebuffed by metal barricades, FedEx Field security and county police."
