"The project, which runs through Sunday, is the creation of the University of Minnesota's Design Institute. With funding from the Target Corp., the research center has commissioned a variety of projects it hopes will promote the Twin Cities as a center for design and will encourage the public to look at their urban environment from a new perspective...he idea of a big urban game involving the public in real space and online is the answer to the question of how to create a project that involves urban designers and interactive online designers but also engages the public to see their city in a new way."
