Harvard's Taubman Center has published its 2003 report which looks at zoning and environmental policy along with the effects that they have on local housing markets. " Is there a housing crisis in the United States? Contrary to popular impressions, in many regions the answer is no."[PDF, 678kb, 44 page.]
