Pix11 reports the buildings as "part of the Mitchell-Lama program that provides affordable rental and cooperative housing to moderate and middle-income families." Example units include 1 bedrooms between $5,976 to $6,359, eligible for households with an annual income up to $145,800, and 2 bedroom between $6,666 to $7,049 for households with an annual income up to $162,000. The units are in the Tower Gardens and Carnes McKinney buildings.
