Qualified candidates will possess the following:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or institution in Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. 
• Experience in GIS, and the full suite of Microsoft Office products. 
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (must obtain TX driver’s license within 90 days).

Experience in a professional level Urban Design and/or Urban Planning role, AICP Certification, prior municipal government experience, and experience with permit tracking software are a plus.
