Louisville's 'Fourth Street Live' To Begin Construction

Louisville is set to transform their ailing downtown Galleria into a mix of retail and entertainment.
The Fourth Street Live project will reopen Fourth Street, bring confirmed tenants like Hard Rock Cafe and Borders Books, and have plenty of commons space. Mayor Jerry Abramson said, "We have set the bar high for downtown design. We will not accept mediocrity. We have design criteria that require developers and architects to push the envelope."
