The $2.4-billion, 20-mile Alameda Corridor in So. CA is open, running on time and within budget.

The Alameda Corridor links the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles with the train yards in downtown Los Angeles. Merchants along the route are pleased that the project, which cost them business, is completed. And it is expected that the volume of transported merchandise will quadruple within 25 years.
