Fresno Considers Opening Pedestrian Mall To Auto Traffic

Fresno,CA, is considering a plan to allow automobile traffic through a pedestrian mall.
"City leaders Tuesday delayed until May 21 a decision on the fate of Fulton Mall so the public can have more time to study a plan that would open the pedestrian mall to cars."
