China Plans its Biggest Mall

Developers in China are pushing forward plans to build a 4-million-square-foot shopping mall as part of a major cultural center outside of Beijing's Central business district. It will be the biggest mall in the country.

The Baltimore Business Journal reports on the project, known as Tianjin City Culture Center Development.

"Plans for the development include a theater and opera house, art museum, grand library, youth education museum, and a natural history museum."
