Vancouver Mayor Gregor Robertson has announced a ten-point plan to turn his city in the greenest in the world by 2020.
"Robertson, who was elected a year ago after running a strong green campaign, unveiled a 10-point plan that he said would put Vancouver into the forefront of cities concerned with reducing their ecological footprints."
Goals include encouraging the growth of the green energy industry, reducing reliance on fossil fuels, and improving energy efficiency in buildings.
