can someone explain why only the men are receiving helmets?
men only - liability?
I know! I imagine though, that they can't have male cops hugging women -sexual harassment and all that. However, they should have sent out a male and a female officer so that they could include women cyclists. Thoughtful and thoughtless all at the same time, eh?
