Eminent Domain: People Don't Like It

Monmouth County residents give their opinion on eminent domain, illustrating the growing concern and awareness of the general public of this tool.
Sherwin Edmond, Neptune:
I think it’s way overboard. I took a real estate class course and they say it’s for the benefit of the city, but they took it too far. Every time they want something now they say ‘eminent domain.’
It’s the new key word."
