Kansas City, North, is Growing
2 October 2000 - 1:00pm
Kansas City, north is growing; "city leaders, planners and residents say this may be the last chance for the city to get it right with smart growth."
As Kansas City, North, grows, some see problems but critics warn about problems such as increased traffic and loss of a relaxed lifestyle."Other parts of the metropolitan area also are growth meccas. But the success of Kansas City, North, is critical in part because its prosperity could subsidize revitalization elsewhere in Kansas City."
