National Public Radio's Chris Arnold tracks how the green building movement is sweeping the construction industry in the United States.
"A growing demand for building projects that use environmentally friendly and energy-efficient materials has spurred a green movement in the construction industry."
"[Today, an] estimated $10 billion of "green buildings" are in the process of construction this year in the United States."
Even Wal-mart, often labeled as a corporate behemoth insensitive to environmental concerns, has gotten into the act with the launching of its "green" stores.
