Retail Construction Magazine ranks RED Development as the second largest retail constructor.

"Lifestyle shopping centers are the hottest retail development trend in the nation, and RED Development is among those leading the charge.

Since being founded in 1995, RED has built 10 lifestyle centers in the Midwest and Southwest, totaling 3.8 million square feet. Another is opening this week. More than a dozen, totaling more than 8 million square feet, are under construction or development."
