Fullerton is making available, for sale and/or long-term ground lease, approximately 5.0 acres of land near Downtown Fullerton.
Desired development could be commercial, residential or mixed-use, and incorporate opportunities for partnership and potential inclusion of existing privately owned structures. Opportunities include the reimagining and redevelopment of Union Pacific Park and other City-owned properties in the area, as well as the potential to partner with property owners on the redevelopment of private property at a highest and best land use.
