Housing Element Implementation RFP

The City of Piedmont seeks proposals from qualified consultants or consultant teams to partner with us to develop a strategic plan to end the local affordable housing crisis, including City Code amendments to implement new Housing Element programs.

A pre-bid conference will be held March 12, 2025. Deadline for submissions is March 28, 2025 at 4 pm.
