The Lehigh Valley Planning Commission (LVPC) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to develop a new strategic planning. The LVPC, is a governmental entity that functions as a bi-county planning commission.  In addition, the LVPC team manages and administers the transportation planning and investment strategy of the region as a Metropolitan Planning Organization, named the Lehigh Valley Transportation Study (LVTS).  The LVPC/LVTS organization is located in Allentown, PA. This assessment aims to evaluate the alignment of roles, responsibilities, staffing, program delivery, operational opportunities and resources needed to evolve with the Lehigh Valley region.
