Montrose County Zoning Code Update

Montrose County is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms and/or qualified individual consultants to develop a comprehensive Zoning Resolution update for Montrose County. The Planning and Development Director will serve as the project manager.

The project is to be complete no later than June 21, 2021 Proposals are due no later than December 30, 2020; RFP Documents Available November 23, 2020; Written Questions Deadline December 14, 2020; Written Answers Provided December 17, 2020; PROPOSALS DUE Wednesday, December 30 at 2PM MDT;Montrose County proposes to award contract by January 2021.
