The Enterprise Rose Architectural Fellowship partners early-career architectural designers with local community development organizations, where they facilitate an inclusive approach to development to create green, sustainable, and affordable communities. As an integral staff member of the organization, the fellow will focus on advancing the organization’s practices in community engagement, sustainability and design excellence. Five new fellowships, across the country, will allow passionate designers to positively impact communities through engagement, sustainability, and design excellence. 

In addition, new this year, landscape architects are encouraged to apply to the positions in Philadelphia and St. Paul.

Quest Community Development Organization

The fellow at Quest Communities will engage in a variety of affordable development projects, particularly in the pre-development stage, and design sustainable single family housing. 


Green River, UT 
The fellow at Epicenter will join a small team dedicated to the organization's long term goals to nurture local participation in improving the town, expanding options for rental housing, and advancing the design of new rural housing typologies. 

Venice Community Housing

Los Angeles
The fellow with Venice Community Housing will work as a community engaged designer while serving as a key member of the housing development, property management, resident services, and advocacy teams. 
The Trust for Public Land
St. Paul 
The fellow at TPL will work on parks and open space initiatives at a national scale while diving deeper on executing pilot projects in two cities, Minneapolis and Cleveland. 
Fairmount Park Conservancy
The fellow with the Conservancy will work to advance numerous community-driven projects at various scales, all while supporting their strategic leap from programmatic delivery to design leadership in the region.
