Whether it's an abandoned storefront on Main Street or a big box shell in a shopping center, your community probably has vacant space in need of a new identity. At first glance, these underperforming spaces may appear to be signs of disinvestment in your community, which can discourage new companies and residents from relocating to a particular area.
