New Pedestrian Crossing Technology Comes To North America

Langford, B.C. is trying out pedestrian solutions in North American that have been successful in Europe.

"As part of the road upgrades around town, Langford, B.C. has taken the initiative to seek solutions to some of the existing problems with traditional pedestrian crossings found in North American by going to Australia and Europe who are the leaders in pedestrian crossing technology. The new crossing on Goldstream at Bryn Maur is an experiment in Langford but using technology proven elsewhere."
