Searches can be configured to notify you about properties available by State, City, County, ZIP, Price Range, Property Type (Single Family, Multi-family, Duplex, Condo, Townhouse, etc.), and Status (Available, Pending, Coming Soon, Auction, Sale Pending).

Fee: $250 setup, $99/month
