A feasibility study conducted before any work has begun can reveal sufficient market opportunity or uncover potential problems for a property – market, finance or political difficulties that may doom a new real estate project. That is why developers and communities have come to rely on these study results to help shape the outcome of proposed real estate projects.

Feasibility studies are not just for large real estate projects. They can be conducted for a proposed development of nearly any size.
