Paula is the Public Service Executive for Iowa Workforce Development's (IWD) Regional Research & Analysis Bureau in Des Moines, Iowa. By spearheading the design, development, and implementation of Skillshed Analysis, Paula has become a nationally-recognized leader in assessing labor force assets and needs. In addition to Skillshed Analyses, Paula's responsibilities include Workforce Needs Assessment, Fringe Benefit Profiles, Educational Outcomes Measures, Iowa College Student Surveys, and dislocated worker survey analyses among other workforce related research.

Wendy Mihm-Herold, Ph.D.
Vice President for Economic Development Services
Northeast Iowa Community College

Wendy Mihm-Herold currently serves as vice president for economic development services for Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC). Wendy has substantial experience in bringing economic development organizations, educational institutions, and the private sector together to design training programs that fit the needs of local communities. In addition to her responsibilities with NICC, Wendy works with the Iowa Department of Economic Development on the administration of the state's training programs and represents NICC in the One Source Training Consortium to coordinate statewide training opportunities amongst Iowa's community colleges.
