Sherman Creek Waterfront Master Plan RFP

New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) is seeking a consultant to help develop a conceptual plan for a public waterfront esplanade that will be located in Sherman Creek, along the west coast of the Harlem River, in Upper Manhattan.
