The Technical Assessment and Rehabilitation Strategy shall examine the physical condition of the Mall and recommend to the Steering Committee a course of action that respects the importance of the original Mall design, including its purpose, general layout and building materials.
The deadline for proposals is 4 pm MST on Monday, December 8, 2008.
