Local Initiatives Support Corporation

The Commercial Markets Advisory Services and Indianapolis LISC would like to invite you to attend Urban Forum 2008, taking place April 28th-30th in Indianapolis, Indiana. Gather with well over four hundred decision-makers from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, and share your diverse and unique perspectives on neighborhood commercial revitalization. Build a network of peers, experts, retailers, and developers while taking advantage of educational sessions and tours.

• Participate in sessions and facilitated conversations focused on financing and managing commercial revitalization and development

• Interact with urban retail experts-the practitioners, developers, and retailers realizing change in their communities.

• Engage with retail attraction experts who can help you effectively analyze, market, and promote your community.

• Learn ways to capitalize on the history, culture, and architecture of your neighborhood.

This year will be better than ever. We have added more intermediate and advanced level sessions to satisfy the needs of skilled practitioners. There are two new tracks focused on retail attraction and retention, as well as tracks on commercial and mixed-use development.
