RFP: Washington, DC's Ward 8 Housing Market Assessment and Report

Coalition for Nonprofit Housing & Economic Development

The Coalition for Nonprofit Housing and Economic Development (CNHED) seeks a qualified consultant to complete a Ward 8 Housing Market Assessment and Report ("the Report"). The Report is funded by a grant to CNHED from the Fannie Mae Corporation and is being prepared for use by the DC Office of Planning and the DC Department of Housing and Community Development.

The Report will be used to assess market conditions and affordable housing inventory in order to better guide the District's housing planning, policy, programming, and investment in Ward 8. The Report will also be used to inform future neighborhood planning efforts led by the Office of Planning. A special emphasis is being placed on the Anacostia, Bellevue, Congress Heights, and Washington Highlands neighborhoods within Ward 8.
