REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION BASED PROPOSALS
CONSOLIDATED TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT PLAN
FOR THE CUMBERLAND COUNTY AREA

Pursuant to FTA Circular 4220.1E the City of Fayetteville and the County of Cumberland are soliciting qualification based proposals to develop strategies for consolidating transportation services provided within the entire County of Cumberland. Qualification based proposals shall be received in the City/PWC Purchasing Office until 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 24, 2007.

A complete scope of work may be obtained from the City/PWC Purchasing Office, PWC Operations Center, 2nd floor, 955 Old Wilmington Road, Fayetteville, North Carolina, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, or by contacting Mr. Kenneth W. Horne, Purchasing Manager at (910) 223-4332.

The City of Fayetteville and the County of Cumberland reserve the right to accept or reject any or all submittals and to award a contract in the best interest of each respective unit.
