The City of North Las Vegas, Economic Development Department, Redevelopment Division, is soliciting proposals from consulting firms interested in providing master planning and investment strategies for the downtown area of North Las Vegas.

All firms submitting proposals for this project shall submit one (1) electronic version in PDF format and eight (8) comb-bound copies in a sealed envelope(s), plainly marked, as detailed in Section II of the Request for Proposal documents. Paper copies of the Request for Proposal documents may be picked up at the Economic Development Department, Redevelopment Division, City of North Las Vegas, 2225 Civic Center Drive, Suite 224, North Las Vegas, NV 89030, Monday through Thursday between 8:00 and 6:00 p.m. (PST) starting on March 21, 2007. The proposal documents may also be retrieved from the City of North Las Vegas website at www.cityofnorthlasvegas.com/departments/economicdevelopment starting March 21, 2007. All proposals must be received in the Economic Development office by close of business (6:00 p.m. PST) on May 2, 2007.
