Neighborhood America announced today that it has successfully completed the acquisition of mobile marketing solutions provider MOVO Mobile. Neighborhood America is the leading provider of solutions that enable customers to build community through enterprise management of structured audience interactions.

"MOVO is a strategic acquisition that completes our offerings and solidifies our market leading position in all three business lines. As media, government agencies, and businesses decide to build participatory communities, they will now be able to use multiple forms of devices and outreach techniques from one platform, at an enterprise level," said Kim Patrick Kobza, Neighborhood America's president and CEO. "As the world turns to mobile applications, we expect MOVO to be a catalyst for significant revenue growth."

The acquisition of MOVO Mobile also broadens Neighborhood America's leadership team, as industry veterans and MOVO co-founders, Dan Miller, David Rippetoe, and Robert Cesaric join Neighborhood America's executive leadership team. MOVO's CEO, Dan Miller, will head the Mobile Solutions Group; David Rippetoe will lead the Group's Business Development efforts; and Robert Cesaric will join Neighborhood America's CTO, David Bankston, in providing technical leadership for new product development.

"The MOVO acquisition is a unique opportunity to acquire not just highly synergistic technology, but also, industry leaders with a deep understanding of mobile applications," continued Kobza. "The MOVO executives are proven performers. We will rely upon their leadership to drive revenue growth through the provision of mobile services to our existing customer base, as well as the advertising and education markets that they already serve."

"We are very pleased to join this excellent team and build upon the unique market position and track record that Neighborhood America has established," said Dan Miller, president and CEO of MOVO. "Mobile applications are experiencing explosive growth and Neighborhood America has the solution, infrastructure, and support to clearly differentiate MOVO in the marketplace."

"With the implementation of MOVO's mobile technologies, Neighborhood America's customers will be able to conduct highly interactive campaigns, across a ubiquitous device - the mobile phone," said Rippetoe. "The combination and scalability of the platform will provide enterprise customers with a technical solution that has not been previously available in the marketplace. This is a unique offering that clearly differentiates us."
