RFQ: Planning and Support Services for Station Area Planning and TOD
City and County of Denver, Dept. of Community Planning & Development
The City and County of Denver invites your firm to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide support and technical expertise to the City Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Planning staff in the development of specific station area plans, and in some potential city-wide TOD policy development. Selected consultants will be expected to provide assistance in the following areas of expertise: Transit Oriented Development, Traffic Analysis/Parking Management, Land Use Planning/Zoning, Economic/Market Analysis, Urban Design & Transportation Planning.
The City intends to enter into 18 to 36 month contracts with consultants/consultant teams selected through the RFQ/RFP process. Just over $1,000,000 is currently available to support these planning efforts.
A Proposers' Conference will be held on Wednesday, June 21, 2006 from 1:00 -3:00 p.m. at the Wellington Webb Municipal Building, Conference Room 4.I.5 at 201 West Colfax Avenue, Denver. During the Proposer's Conference, the Project Manager will explain the scope of work and RFQ/RFP process in detail.
Qualified respondents should submit SOQs no later than 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 12, 2006.
