USC Lusk Center
March 22, 2006
The USC Lusk Center for Real Estate seeks to advance real estate knowledge, inform business practice, and address timely issues that affect the real estate industry, the urban economy, and public policy.
The Casden Real Estate Economics Forecast delves into the underlying forces shaping the Los Angeles region's real estate markets. By developing comprehensive data on all aspects of public and private development, investment, planning and policymaking, the Forecast will help real estate owners, developers, investors and lenders, urban planners, policymakers and regulators, academics, and others make better investment decisions, deal structures, growth plans, policy decisions and market research.
