General scope of services and tasks will include, but will not be limited to, providing research and reporting of various types of performance-based zoning and examples of developments and zoning in all phases of completion; amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and/or Subdivision Regulation Ordinance to add regulations for performance-based requirements; creating a methodology for establishing performance-based zoning or standards and/or a pattern book or source document to provide cross-sections, examples, photographs, and calculations, if necessary, in order to provide a user-friendly summary of the system, and establishing a review procedure and submittal requirements for performance-based developments.
