Request for Proposals to Develop Amendments Land Development Regulations
Teton County Planning and Development
Teton County, Wyoming intends to enter into a contract with a professional planning consultant to assist County Planning staff in the development of Amendments to its Land Development Regulations (LDRs) that establish standards applicable to designated Mixed Use Villages. These LDRs will implement the policy goals and objectives of the Comprehensive Plan.
The County has issued a Request for Proposals, dated January 17, 2006, that details the purpose for the work, the scope of consultant work and services, consultant qualifications, required proposal content, special provisions, basis for consultant selection, and proposal delivery instructions. A copy of the Request for Proposal may be obtained online at www.tetonwyo.org or in the Teton County Planning and Development Office.
Proposals meeting the requirements of the Request for Proposals must be received at the Teton County Planning & Development Department by 5:00 p.m., February 24, 2006, in order to be considered.
