The Town Board of Rhinebeck, New York, seeks a contract with a municipal planner or planning firm experienced in municipal planning. Interested individuals or firms should submit a proposal to town supervisor Steve Block by February 3, 2006. Such proposal should outline the individual's or firm's experience, areas of expertise, references, and, based upon municipal experience, should indicate the scope of work it would anticipate and its preferred fee schedule. In consultation with the town board, the supervisor will identify the most qualified individuals or firms to be interviewed by the full town board in executive session.
