The City of Red Lodge, Montana (pop. 2,300) is requesting qualifications from qualified firms and individuals for completing the revision of its land development /zoning code . Spot-revision of the code has occurred since its 1997 ratification, and a more comprehensive revision was launched, but not completed, in 2003. The city now seeks professional assistance to complete this comprehensive revision. The city has a budget of approximately $25,000 and anticipates heavy involvement of the selected consultant from approximately April through June.
