Connecticut Cities Initiative Notice of Request for Proposal
CT Regional Institute for the 21st Century
The Connecticut Regional Institute, a not for profit
organization, is seeking a multi disciplined consultant
team to conduct a Connecticut Cities Initiative.
Building on work done to date, the consultant will
undertake research and analysis regarding factors
critical to the livability and economic competitiveness
of selected Connecticut cities. The consultant team
should have significant expertise in urban planning
and economic development, data analysis, and
community outreach techniques.
The Initiative will be comprised of four tasks: data
collection and analysis; draft policy framework; final
policy framework; and report preparation. Detailed
submission guidelines are outlined in the RFP,

Twenty copies of the proposal are due by 4:00 p.m.
