Request for Qualifications/Proposals for Regional Transportation Study
Community Planning Association of Southwest Idaho
The Community Planning Association of Southwest Idaho (COMPASS) and Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) seek consulting services for a $1 million transportation study in the following counties: Ada, Boise, Canyon, Elmore, Gem, and Payette counties, Idaho with an emphasis on Ada and Canyon counties. The study is for the new regional long-range transportation plan, "Communities in Motion." The project will start on or before May 25, 2004 and must be completed by December 2005.
The Request for Qualifications/Proposals is a two-stage process. Consultants selected through this RFQ process will be requested to develop more detailed proposals for review and selection. Statements of qualifications/interest are due by the close of business on March 31, 2004.
COMPASS will hold a pre-proposal conference on March 19 at 10:00 am at 800 S. Industry Way, Suite 100, Meridian, Idaho.
