Affordable Housing Study Request For Proposals

New York City Office of the Public Advocate

The NYC Public Advocate Office is soliciting proposals for an affordable housing study to ascertain whether the NYC market has the capacity to produce housing affordable to low and moderate-income households beyond the volume that is anticipated to be assisted through financial subsidies currently employed by City, State, and Federal agencies. The contractor will also examine new affordable housing models and tools, and develop an affordable housing prototype that can be implemented by city agencies. Copies of the RFP are available at http://www.pubadvocate.nyc.gov by January 9, 2004. Submission of proposals: February 12, 2004 at 5:00 p.m Contact: Beth Lieberman [email protected]
