ePodunk, a rich resource about places across America, now provides direct links from its community, county and state profiles to the latest Census data. Because all information is geocoded, users can easily find information on nearby communities, colleges, airports, museums, historic sites and other features.
County profiles also provide direct access to the latest economic census and FDIC data on local employment growth, unemployment rates and personal bankruptcy figures.
ePodunk was launched in 1999 by former journalists from the New York Times, the Detroit Free Press and American Demographics magazine. The site profiles every county and more than 25,000 communities in the United States.
