The Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) and the Los Angeles Coalition to End Hunger & Homelessness (LACEH&H), a not for profit corporation, announce the release of the Los Angeles 10-Year Plan to End Homelessness Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The purpose of the RFQ is to obtain the services of a planning consultant to facilitate the development of a countywide strategic plan. The strategic plan resulting from this process will articulate short and long-range objectives and action steps that address prevention and elimination of homelessness in 10 years in the County of Los Angeles.
