Request for Qualifications: Market Study and Feasibility Analysis
Seneca Nation of Indians Community Planning & Development Department
The Seneca Nation of Indians is seeking statements of qualifications from professional firms for the purpose of determining the development potential of an 800-acre parcel adjacent to Allegany State Park in southwestern New York State.
This parcel is located on the Nation's Allegany Territory, with direct access to Exit 19 of the Southern Tier Expressway (Interstate 86). The Nation wishes to investigate the potential for a resort development at the site, including lodging and conference facilities, possible relocation of the Seneca-Iroquois National Museum, and related amenities and attractions.
Interested firms should forward three (3) copies of their qualifications, including the following:
· Brief description of firm and its background, size, and nature of services.
· Firm's relevant experience with preparing market studies and feasibility analyses for similar developments.
· Experience and availability of personnel who would be assigned to this project.
· List of project references, including contact persons and phone numbers.
Submissions must be received by 4:00 PM (EST) on Monday, March 18, at the following location:

The Seneca Nation of Indians will review all submissions and select five firms from which it will solicit proposals. Submissions will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
· Firm's experience with similar projects.
· Commitment of key staff to project.
· Ability to complete work in timely manner.
· Strength of client recommendations.
