Statement of Interest and Understanding of Purpose for Idaho's Integrated Transportation Vision
ITD
It will serve as our long range-planning document while providing guidance for ITD planning and decision-making and for integration of transportation modes. It is a tool to share the vision with others, generating their support and providing a basis for coordinated decision-making. Consultants will want to consider the role of visioning and scenario planning for diverse groups ranging from the general public to the Idaho Transportation Board, conducting statewide public opinion surveys, focus groups, and collaborative public processes.
A complete copy of the Request may be obtained on the ITD Consultant Administration Unit Web page at http://www2.state.id.us/itd/design/cau/cau.htm, by sending a fax to(208) 334-8025, or by e-mailing Holly McClure at [email protected]. Five (5) complete copies of the proposal must be received by 4:00 p.m. MST on March 29, 2002.
